Corral panels also can be named livestock panel / wildpan/ animal yard panel and control panel, Including cattle panel, sheep

 

panel and horse panel. It mainly apply in rearing livestock in pens.

 

All products are manufactured using high quality pregalvanized RHS & pipe. We also supply swing gate in frames that can be joined to the yard panels with the use of pins.

If required we can also manufacturer corral panels & all other yard accessories to individual requirements, design, drawings or your ideas. This include all sizes & weight of RHS, oval& pipe steel.

 

1. Materials:

High quality carbon steel tube or pipe, Q235 grade.

 

2. Anti corrosion form

Pre hot dipped galvanized, zinc coated: 80-120g/m²

 

3. Regular specifications of livestock panel

Three different types of corral panel can be supplied, say, round pipe cattle panels, square tube cattle panels& oval rails cattle panels.

 

1) Oval rails corral panels:( this is popular one)

 

Specification1:

 

panels size: 1800mm height x 2100mm width

 

Vertical square rails: 40x40mm RHS, 2 bars

 

Horizontal oval rails: 60x30mm, 6 bars

 

1 set includes: 2 rain caps, 2 U lugs, 2 L lugs, 2 pins and foot plate.

 

Specification 2:

 

panels size: 1800mm height x 2100mm width

 

Vertical square rails: 50x50mm RHS, 2 bars

 

Horizontal oval rails: 80x40mm, 6 bars

 

1 set includes: 2 rain caps, 2 U lugs, 2 L lugs, 2 pins and foot plate

 

 

2) Round pipe cattle panels

 

Corral Panels size: 1800mm height x 2100mm width

 

2 vertical pipes and 6 horizontal pipes.

 

Both vertical& horizontal rails are O.D.32mm pips or O.D.42mm pipe at client’s request.

 

1 set panels includes: 2 top caps, lugs, pins and foot plate

 

 

3) Square tube cattle panels

 

Corral Panels size: 1800mm height x 2100mm width

 

2 vertical rails and 6 horizontal rails.

 

Both vertical& horizontal rails are 40x40mm RHS or 50x50mm RHS at client’s request.

 

1 set includes: 2 rain caps, 2 U lugs, 2 L lugs, 2 pins and foot plate.

 

 

4. Manufacturing process of corral panels

 

Cut the pipe---weld the pipe---make the weld spots clean---anti rust paint the welds--silver paint the welds---after the silver paint drying, the panels packed on steel pallet---panels loaded in container

 

 

5. Features of corral panels

 

a)1.8m high with 6 bars/rails or 1.6m high with 5 bars/rails.

 

b) with welded top caps and foot plates, water and dust proof

 

c) welded lugs for easy connection. The lugs are welded for all four sides, very durable and safe.

 

d) footplate on the panel,can cement the panels on the ground by nails.

 

e) 2xjoining pins are supplied for each panel

 

f) Easily assembled & disassembled
