Our most popular Heavy duty cattle mobile loading ramps is our 3.6m loading ramp with a timber floor. This
loading ramp is manufactured with a heavy duty base and front buffer. The sides of this loading ramp are gal sheeted
up 600mm and the rails above the sheet are 115 x 42 x 2mm oval gal material.
The timber floor is a lot quieter than a steel floor ramp. The 3.6m cattle loading ramp can also be fitted with two
different styles of walkways on either side of the loading ramp.
5.0m Heavy duty cattle mobile loading ramps is manufactured with a 1.4m flat load out section. The flat load
out section has an access door on one side and the loading ramp comes complete with a walkway with a handrail.
The walkway and access door can be on either side of the ramp. This ramp is built heavy duty and has the timber
floor to reduce noise.
The 3.0m cattle loading ramp is designed to suit the smaller yard systems. It is manufactured in 50 x 50mm
gal square material with the sides sheeted 300mm. This loading ramp has a gal sheeted floor with 40 x 40mm square
material welded across it for grip and strength.
When other factory steel manufactures galvanise they use just a quarter of the zinc that JH steel manufactures use
per unit of steel, they're not required to meet Australian Standards. The amount of zinc used in the galvanisation
process is what protects your yard system against rusting, so this value is critical to the longevity of your investment.
